Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Client Associate to support a Private Advisor team within the Rockefeller Global Family Office. You will be the face of the practice, delivering thorough client service and maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years client service experience within financial services or equivalent
• Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred, and if not, willing to obtain
• BA/BS degree required

Responsibilities

• Account opening and maintenance
• Transferring assets and money movement
• Completing investment subscription documents
• Cash management and RMDs
• Assisting with client online access
• Responding to account activity and statement inquiries
• Managing life events
• Administrative work as needed
• Provide top quality service to clients and complete administration of client accounts
• Handle operational aspects of client accounts including reporting on account holdings and investment performance
• Posting daily cash activity and entering trade instructions
• Process new accounts and account maintenance with approvals
• Process client cashiering requests (money market redemptions, wires, checks, journals, etc.)
• Support marketing efforts by promoting client seminars and events
• Offer administrative and office management support to the team
• Prepare client correspondence and transmit with approvals
• Review daily activity and reconcile client activity with clearing firm systems
• Oversee client insurance and annuities processes
• Assist in preparation of key documents and presentations
• Attend client meetings and present client performance
• Maintain client files and complete filings
• Attend compliance and continuing education sessions
