Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–5 years client service experience in financial industry preferred.
• Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain accounts.
• Transfer assets and money movement.
• Complete investment subscription documents.
• Cash management and RMDs.
• Assist with client online access.
• Respond to account activity inquiries.
• Manage life events.
• Provide top-tier client service and complete account administration.
• Process client cash movements and trade instructions.
• Prepare expense reports using Concur.
• Process new accounts with approvals and documentation.
• Support marketing events and seminars.
• Attend client meetings and present performance.
• Review daily activity and reconcile transfers/trades.
• Oversee insurance and annuities processes.
• Prepare documents and PowerPoint materials for meetings.
