Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior office experience preferred but not required.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships, working closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance and grow their business.
• Help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns.
• Perform operational responsibilities as needed.
