Job summary

KeyBank is hiring a Private Client Banker to serve a client base with a plan-based approach to financial advice. You will deliver and refer suitable financial solutions to clients with up to $2M in investable assets and guide them toward financial wellness.

You will build long-term relationships, open accounts, and collaborate with Retail, Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to tailor recommendations and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in developing customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of financial services products and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial wellness recommendations and refer products across channels.
• Open personal and business accounts and manage client onboarding.
• Collaborate with Investment, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to meet client needs.
• Maintain knowledge of private client products and market trends.
