Qualifications

• Experience developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients and asking fact-finding questions.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with every client interaction.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer appropriate investment and insurance products.
• Builds a referral pipeline and documents calling efforts.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of private client products and services to inform conversations.
• Opening personal and business accounts and managing deposits and related products.
• Partner with branch teammates and business partners to grow client relationships.
