Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Private Client Banker to oversee client relationships with a plan-based approach to financial advice. The PCB will serve clients with up to $2M in investable assets and refer suitable solutions to appropriate sales professionals within Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage or Business Banking.

Qualifications

• Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
• Interpersonal interaction skills and an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and builds a referral pipeline with internal and external centers of influence.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of private client products and services and ensures meaningful financial wellness conversations.
• Opening personal and business accounts and developing partnerships with branch teammates and lines of business.
• Ensures compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies.

Education
