Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Private Client Banker (PCB) to manage full client relationships with plan-based financial advice for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. You will assess client needs, gather data, and offer appropriate products and services while coordinating with Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage or Business Banking teams.

You will work to build a referral network, maintain deep product knowledge, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Foundational knowledge of sales techniques, prospecting, and networking.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence partners across lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with every client interaction.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and refer investment/insurance products accordingly.
• Develops a referral pipeline and documents calling efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings for meaningful conversations.
• Assist with opening personal and business accounts and support branch operations.
