Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Private ROTA Chef with expert Asian cuisine skills, focusing on authentic home-style cooking and dumplings. This role targets a warm, organized chef comfortable in a small household and capable of delivering nourishing, traditional flavors for three, including a young child.

The ideal candidate has Michelin-level experience and strong private-home or fine-dining background, with flexibility for travel within the U.S. Housing provided during scheduled weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine, expert-level dumpling/ramen/pho skills.
• Michelin experience preferred.
• Experience in private homes or fine dining.
• Willing to travel within the U.S. and work in a family setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily family-style lunches (12:00 PM) and dinners (5:30 PM) for a household of three.
• Follow provided household menu while bringing your personal touch and flexibility.
• Occasionally prepare meals for small gatherings and guests.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen and follow food safety standards.
• Shop for or source high-quality ingredients with household support.
