Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. In this role you will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily activities, and contribute to a warm, safe environment that supports their wellbeing.

Walk-in interviews are held during the Hiring Event on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with weekend shifts available. A CNA license is not required, and previous care experience is valued; you will work with a collaborative care

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
Offers of employment are contingent upon post‑offer pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screening, TB test).

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in the community.
Promote socialization and participation while prioritizing safety and wellbeing.
Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and promptly report changes to supervisors.
Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.

About The Role

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands‑on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life. We're seeking dependable, team‑oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued. A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.

Your Typical Responsibilities

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job‑related tasks
Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
