Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily activities, and build meaningful relationships that enhance comfort and quality of life. We value dependable, team‑oriented professionals.

Previous caregiver or CN A experience is welcome; CNA license not required. Full-time evening shifts 2:30pm-10:45pm with rotating weekends/holidays, plus PRN options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job‑related tasks.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude. Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post‑offer pre‑employment screenings, which may include a job‑related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction.

Full-Time - 2:30pm-10:45pm – rotating schedule includes weekends/holidays

PRN(As Needed) – 6:30am-2:45pm, 2:30pm-10:45pm, 10:30pm-6:45am

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands-on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We're seeking dependable, team-oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued.

A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.
