Capital Opportunity Strategists operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Capital Opportunity Strategists source and surface opportunities, frame them for alignment with investor mandates, and introduce opportunities to vetted

Responsibilities

• Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
• Provide high-level strategic context (asset, structure, size, use of capital, return profile)
• Position opportunities for appropriate investor types and strategies
• Coordinate initial introductions between opportunity principals and capital partners
• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts and execution teams
• Capop strategists do not underwrite deals, build financial models, raise capital, or provide investment advice. All analysis, diligence, and execution is handled by certified professionals on the platform.
