Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Network Liaisons to support relationship-driven coordination between investment opportunities and our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Capital Network Liaisons operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Serve as a relationship bridge between deal principals and capital partners

Coordinate introductions within the private capital network

Support the smooth flow of opportunities across stakeholders

Earn success-based compensation on closed transactions

Build a verified capital network facilitation track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals trusted by both operators and capital allocators and comfortable operating at the center of private market relationships.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Network Liaisons may:

Identify or receive qualified investment opportunities

Match opportunities with relevant investors, sponsors, or fund managers

Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

Coordinate initial introductions and ongoing communication

Support early-stage diligence handoff to analyst teams

Capital Network Liaisons are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Based on approval and experience, Capital Network Liaisons may facilitate opportunities across:

Private equity and growth equity transactions

Operating businesses and special situations

Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments

Deal categories are approved based on network access and market familiarity.

Compensation & Economics

Success-based compensation only

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Economics vary by deal size, structure, and liaison contribution

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality network facilitation
