Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Strategists to deliver strategic advisory, capital strategy, and operational guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is an independent contractor role, not traditional employment. Strategists are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Strategists will:

Advise on capital raising, fund formation, deal structuring, and operational strategy

Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity, skill, and credibility

Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

Build a verified Strategist Track Record within the ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of leading investment initiatives and closing transactions.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Capital Strategists may:

Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution

Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance

Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Note: Strategists focus on high-level strategic guidance and relationship-driven deal activation. They do not handle day-to-day transactional modeling unless approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

Operational or portfolio company advisory

Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

Hourly rates: $200-$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

Payments issued after completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions
