Job summary

Balr is a national private basketball training company expanding across the United States, seeking professional private trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages. Trainers travel to local parks, courts, or clients' homes, set their own schedule, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We require at least 2 years of coaching experience, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Provision of your own basketball training equipment is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Flexible scheduling of basketball lessons.
• Travel to and from clients' locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of students at all times.
• Maintain communication with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding progress.
