Balr Basketball is seeking professional private basketball trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages across the United States. You will travel to local parks, courts, or clients' homes, setting your own schedule while Balr provides clients and handles payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

As part of a growing national training company, you will design tailored lesson plans, assess progress, ensure safety, and communicate with parents or caregivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in basketball instruction or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Flexible scheduling of lessons.
• Safe travel to and from clients' locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and style.
• Assess student skills, track progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
