Balr is expanding its team of private basketball trainers across the United States. You will travel to local parks, courts, or clients' homes, setting your own schedule and earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We seek experienced coaches who can design personalized lesson plans, assess progress, and maintain safety while delivering engaging, high-quality basketball training for players of all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children.
• Confidence in working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Flexible scheduling of basketball lessons.
• Safe travel to and from clients' locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet their needs.
