Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Private Banking Assistant Relationship Manager to support development, management and retention of private client relationships in Tacoma, WA. You will collaborate with internal Bank Partners and the Private Bank team to deliver tailored credit, planning, and investment solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of banking experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), strong client service orientation, independence, and the ability to cross-sell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of banking experience preferred.
• Retains client relationships and delivers client solutions.
• Proactive experience in assisting with consumer and commercial lending.
• Basic knowledge of credit structures.
• Ability to work independently and provide cross-sell referrals.

Responsibilities

• Support development, management and retention of Private Banking client relationships.

• Deliver exceptional experiences and resolve client issues.
