Popular Bank is seeking an Associate Private Banker in Aventura, FL to manage high-net-worth client relationships within the Wealth Management and Private Banking team. You will advise families on wealth-building, preservation, and financial planning, serving as the primary client advocate with a holistic, goals-based approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-net-worth relationship management
• Ability to develop complex credit relationships for high-net-worth individuals and entities
• Strong business acumen with attention to operational policies and sales ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 20%+
• FINRA Series 7, Series 63 & Series 65 or Series 66 and state insurance license required within 90 days

Responsabilités

• Use knowledge of investments, financial planning, credit, and banking to advise and guide Private Banking clients
• Drive new business through cultivation of existing clients and new-to-bank clientele
• Conduct client needs assessments and develop financial plans with holistic, goals-based planning
• Partner with retail branches to identify potential Private Banking clients
• Ensure solutions meet clients' short-, medium-, and long-term objectives
• Monitor deposits and loans to maintain asset quality and identify opportunities
• Train and mentor Private Banking Service Officers and collaborate with branch personnel
• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations in client interactions
• Collaborate with audit/compliance to maintain quality portfolios
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed
