Popular is seeking a seasoned Private Banker to join its Wealth Management and Private Banking team in a high-net-worth client segment. You will acquire, maintain, and develop affluent client relationships, delivering a full suite of Popular products and services, including credit, investments, insurance, and deposits.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years in private banking relationship management with high-net-worth clients.
Ability to develop complex credit relationships for high-net-worth individuals and entities.
Strong business acumen with attention to policies and sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of private banking clients with a suite of products.
Cultivate relationships and call on prospective clients to uncover needs and propose solutions.
Execute sales plans and structure deals to meet targets.
Conduct needs assessments and develop financial plans for clients.
Collaborate with Mortgage, Investment, Insurance and other specialists to broaden offerings.
Monitor deposits and loans, ensuring asset quality and compliance.
