Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Private Banker to join the Private Banking Group and work within the Sales Team. You will partner with Financial Advisors to provide cash management and lending solutions, profile client bases, and grow new revenue opportunities across the private banking platform.

You will act as a subject matter expert, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with Branch staff and product partners to meet ambitious Private Banking targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of successful lending business development with a bank or financial institution.
• Expert knowledge of credit products including credit cards, mortgages, HELOCs and securities-based loans.
• Experience understanding clients’ financial needs and ability to develop opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to provide cash management and lending solutions.
• Build product awareness of the cash management and lending platform among Advisors.
• Profile client bases with Advisors to identify and grow revenue opportunities in Private Banking.
• Maintain a strong pipeline to meet Private Banking targets (production, balances, revenue, participation).
• Act as SME for Advisors, Branches and clients on Private Banking products and services.
• Develop and present solutions for structuring client transactions.
