Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States (Arizona, Tempe) seeks an experienced coordinator for the New Client Experience Team within U.S. Private Bank.

You will drive end-to-end client onboarding, coordinate across Banker Teams and Operations, and ensure proactive communication to set up new clients for success. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in private banking or financial services, with strong communication, organizational, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience; experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end new client experience activities, ensuring a seamless transition and positioning clients for success from the outset of the relationship.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new clients by answering questions, providing timely updates, sharing essential information, and helping clients understand how to engage effectively with the Private Bank.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, proactively manage dependencies, and help ensure the timely completion of key account-opening and funding milestones.
• Anticipate and resolve issues that could affect the client experience, escalating risks or delays when appropriate.
• Capture client and stakeholder feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape the “Becoming a Client” roadmap.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Banker Teams, Market Leadership, Client Service, Training, Operations, Technology, and other key stakeholders.
