Responsibilities

• Under guidance, completes client transactions, reviews documentation for accuracy, and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to policies.
• Handles various requests from clients or market partners, performing actions to complete the requests.
• Ensures activities are compliant with line of business standards and internal policies.
• Coordinates with internal partners to resolve inquiries and issues.
• May contact clients to obtain required information, respond to questions and resolve problems.
