PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Senior Middle Office Services Specialist for our Private Bank. The role handles highly technical client transactions, assesses documentation, and coordinates with internal and external partners to resolve complex client requests.

Based in-office, you will liaise with clients and colleagues, guide team members, and continuously pursue education to expand expertise in middle-office procedures and risk management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Complete highly technical, complex client transactions independently.
  • Review documentation for completeness, ensure correct coding and policy adherence.
  • Identify and manage risk with internal/external partners as needed.
  • Meet with clients and partners to resolve client requests.
  • Serve as point person for middle-office processes on complex requests.

As a Senior Middle Office Services Specialist within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The work shift will be: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm EST PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description Working independently, completes a variety of highly technical, complex, client transactions. Reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy, and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures. Proactively identifies and manages risk, involving external and internal counsel as needed and other business units throughout PNC. Meets directly with clients and internal and external partners to address and resolve various matters relating to client requests. Serves as point person for all internal partners on all matters pertaining to the middle-office processes for complex client requests. Provides guidance and assistance to other team members. Actively seeks out and engages in continuing education to support skill-building and development of overall knowledge.
