Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our client’s team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an onsite contract position with a salary of $25-$32/hr, depending on experience.

You will coordinate the end-to-end private banking loan account process, ensure accurate client data across applications and systems, and collaborate with relationship managers, compliance, and borrowers to deliver a premier client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of financial industry experience.
• At least 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Keen attention to detail with a solid understanding of loan processes and lending requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end private banking loan account process.
• Ensure accurate and complete client data in loan applications, systems, and documentation.
• Support client requests by working closely with team members.
• Partner with relationship managers, portfolio managers, internal/external counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other authorized parties.
• Provide a premier client experience through thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with various teams within operations to improve processes.
• Participate in assigned projects.
