Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required or must obtain within 90 days.
• 1+ years of industry related experience.
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC or ability to learn proprietary software.
• Interest in financial markets and concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades, including advising on trade execution and updating accounts.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor exceptions and perform scenario-based analysis with Client Advisors.
• Work with Team Leader to monitor risk metrics and client loadings.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Manage Alternatives documents and client collaboration to complete/correct.
