The Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Digital Concierge Specialist to be the primary contact for online needs of Private Banking clients and advisors, delivering digital training and supporting the online experience.

Collaborate with advisors, product partners and operations to ensure a seamless digital client journey. Requires strong communication skills and Mandarin fluency, with the ability to demonstrate digital tools to internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin and able to communicate clearly in speaking and writing.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present demos and trainings to clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in client outreach to drive adoption of digital tools.
• Assist clients with login/navigation issues on website/mobile app/tablet via calls/Zoom.
• Provide detailed demos of the system and benefits of digital tools to clients and advisors.
