Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Understanding of legal credit documentation, covenants, ownership structures, and guarantees.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize a wide range of legal documents for complex credit transactions.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory, policy, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate timely client closings by managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory and credit risks through documentation practices.
• Support process optimization to enhance efficiency and control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client service.
• Maintain knowledge of loan documentation, CRE, and credit policies.
• Contribute to documentation standards and procedures.
