Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in finance or accounting.
• At least 1 year of documentation experience.
• Direct client interaction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and covenants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents for complex credit transactions.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for closings.
• Support timely client closings by managing priorities and deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks through thorough documentation practices.
