Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly personalized concierge client experience for Private Banking clients.
• Coordinate onboarding, including account documentation and digital enrollment.
• Support relationship managers with client engagement and follow-up.
• Maintain compliant, accurate client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Mortgage, and Operations teams.
