Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Private Bank Service Specialist II to manage day-to-day client interactions and service relationships across personal, business deposits, and wealth accounts. You will work with Wealth Advisors to support the sales process and ensure exceptional service for high-net-worth clients.

Maintain knowledge of products, adhere to policies, and monitor risk. This role supports Private Banking, Trust, and Investment Management practices with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary Public qualification or license.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client interactions and relationship servicing.
• Obtain required documentation for new accounts or loans.
• Provide detailed information on accounts and build client rapport.
• Identify and resolve complex account problems.
• Proactively outreach to clients on a monthly basis and participate in Calling Days.
