Job summary

The Private Bank Service Specialist III at Huntington National Bank supports day-to-day client interactions, documentation, maintenance, and servicing of relationships across Private Banking, Trust, and Investment Management.

You will partner with Private Bank Premier Wealth Advisors to back the sales process, maintain product knowledge, and deliver service excellence while adhering to risk, policies, and procedures. This role is office-based across the Huntington footprint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• 2 years customer service experience in banking or wealth & investment financial services.
• Notary public.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington; establish, maintain, and service relationships including accounts and wealth/investment services.
• Assist with or lead special projects; train new and existing service specialists.
• Act as a resource and mentor for other Service Specialists.
• Help resolve complex support issues and manage risk per policies.
• Provide administration support for one or more advisors and maintain documentation.
• Advise clients on bank products and services; prepare reports and communications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
