Job summary

You will work with Private Bank Premier Wealth Advisors to deliver exceptional service and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service in banking or wealth & investment services.
• Notary public.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; NMLS license within 120 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and servicing of the relationship.
• Support deposits, wealth & investment accounts, loans and mortgage services.
• Assist advisors with sales processes and client communications.
• Identify, assess and manage risk in line with policy and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and training to other service specialists.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation for clients and officers.
