Job summary

Fidelity Bank / Oklahoma Fidelity Bank seeks a Private Banking Relationship Manager to partner with Private Banking Officers and leadership, managing and growing existing relationships while supporting lending and deposit needs and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role requires coordinating complex client needs across multiple areas of the Bank, reviewing relationships for unmet financial needs, and assisting with loan requests. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years banking experience preferred in Private Banking or client-facing financial services.
• Experience with deposit and consumer lending products (personal loans, lines of credit, home equity).
• Solid understanding of banking regulations and risk management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive communication, resolve service issues, and coordinate client requests from initiation through resolution.
• Review client relationships to identify unmet deposit, lending, and other financial needs; make appropriate introductions.
• Assist with consumer and Private Banking loan requests, gathering financial information and coordinating processing and closings.
• Coordinate client onboarding and ongoing relationship maintenance.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent client service and engagement.
• Prepare client correspondence and materials; support meetings and outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and escalate compliance or operational issues when needed.
