• Provide administrative and client support to Private Banking Officers.
• Assist with client onboarding and account/loan setup.
• Process transactions: transfers, wires, deposits, and loan disbursements; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Advisors and Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support the Director of Private Banking with strategic projects.
• Analyze client service matters and determine servicing strategies.
