Commerce Bank's Private Banking team in Leawood, KS is seeking a detail-oriented Private Banking Client Associate to support 1-3 Private Bankers. You will manage client relationships, complete tasks, resolve issues, and keep CRM records current.

You'll prepare client presentations, assist in processing loans, schedule closings, and identify new relationships through client support and networking. A high school diploma is required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in

Competenze

• Knowledge of banking services with emphasis on lending and deposits.
• Demonstrated customer contact and communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets; familiarity with CRM and database management.

Mansioni

• Manage portfolio of client relationships for 1-3 Private Bankers
• Provide superior client experience by completing tasks, resolving issues, and following up in a timely manner
• Work closely with assigned Private Banker(s) to build a strong channel of communication
• Prepare client presentations and participate in joint calls when necessary
• Assist in processing loans and scheduling closings
• Communicate directly with clients to complete service needs and document conversation in the CRM (Quest)
• Work with the Private Banker(s) to ensure CRM (Quest) records are kept up-to-date
• Identify new clients and sales opportunities through client support and networking
• Support other client associates by communicating effectively and providing coverage
• Perform other duties as assigned
