The role requires knowledge of banking products, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A high school diploma is required, with advanced degrees preferred; 2+ years in banking is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of client relationships for 1-3 Private Bankers.
• Provide a superior client experience by completing tasks, resolving issues, and following up promptly.
• Work closely with Private Banker(s) to build strong communications.
• Prepare client presentations and participate in joint calls.
• Assist in processing loans and scheduling closings.
• Document conversations in the CRM (Quest).
• Ensure CRM records are up-to-date.
• Identify new clients and sales opportunities through client support and networking.
• Support other client associates with effective communication and coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
