Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for a select group of Chase Private Clients and other customers in the Branch.
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach to offer suitable products and services.
• Collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts.
• Promote self-service options to access accounts 24/7 and enhance convenience.
• Ensure compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and related regulations.
