Job summary

First Dakota National Bank is hiring a full-time Private Banking Associate to join our Loft Advisors team in Sioux Falls. This role provides personalized banking services and excellent customer service to clients in accordance with guidelines and policies.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of banking experience, and a strong commitment to confidentiality, teamwork, and meticulous service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Two years of banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and maintain all types of personal & business accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding accounts or services.
• Proficient knowledge of banking products and services.
• Support Relationship Managers with origination, documentation and loan management; booking new loans and renewals.
• Collaborate in a small team to exceed customer and departmental goals.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
• Process transfers, loan advances, payment postings, and maintenance for deposits and loans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
