Essential Duties
  • Develop private client relationships, including residential mortgages, credit facilities, and deposits.
  • Acquire new clients and network with centers of influence to build relationships and achieve financial objectives.
  • Be highly self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about growing a business in a team environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Educate and present prospects, clients, and partners on the benefits offered.
  • Provide a concierge‑service experience, responding quickly to inquiries and developing personalized banking solutions for high‑net‑worth clients and business partners.
  • Meet clients in person, virtually, and at networking events to build relationships and grow business.
  • Identify potential business opportunities through external referrals.
  • Collaborate individually and as a team to create strategies and marketing opportunities to promote the brand.
Skills
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of bank policies, processes, and products.
  • Be fluent in banking and experienced working with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Sell and refer bank products and services within established guidelines.
  • Reach out to prospects and partners to grow business.
  • Maintain and actively manage prospect and client lists.
  • Conduct business professionally and establish good working relationships with personnel.
  • Participate in community projects and organizations as requested.
  • Understand and adhere to security, compliance, and anti‑money‑laundering policies.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, CFP, or CTFA a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of private client/private banking experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Specialty product knowledge a plus.
  • Independent contributor expected to manage own book of business and retain clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • General computer knowledge and prior banking applications experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $102,400 – $153,600 per year. The range is one component of total compensation, which may include annual bonuses, commissions, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.

Benefits include health insurance, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, paid time off, and vacation.
