Job summary

Boutique Recruiting partners with a respected financial institution expanding its Private Banking team across the Western United States. The Private Banker will develop relationships with affluent clients, manage loans and treasury needs, and deliver customized wealth management solutions.

You will have the autonomy to grow your portfolio, cultivate referral partnerships, and provide an exceptional client experience with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in two banks or fewer, unless demonstrating proven strategic growth.
• Experience as a Private Banker with a track record of bringing in $15 million in new loans, deposits, or assets under management
• Conversational understanding of credit, with the ability to lend up to $50 million for specific entities
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar software, along with strong Excel skills
• Experience in high-end banking, preferably in private wealth
• Series 6 or Series 7 certification is preferred

• Engage with referral sources, including CPAs and attorneys, to expand business opportunities

This position emphasizes a streamlined and efficient process, ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

Salary Range

$160,000 - $210,000+ / Year DOE
