Job summary

Boutique Recruiting partners with a leading Western U.S. financial institution seeking a Private Banker to serve affluent clients and business owners with customized banking, lending, and wealth management solutions.

You’ll build a portfolio, cultivate referral partnerships, and deliver exceptional client experiences with autonomy and earning potential. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage loans, treasury needs, and trust/estate planning while leveraging a collaborative team of specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in banking with private wealth experience.
• Proven ability to generate loans and deposits targets.
• Bachelor's degree; Series 6/7 preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and enhance existing ones through proactive outreach.
• Engage with referral sources to expand business opportunities.
• Track and manage client data using Salesforce for effective follow-up.
• Respond promptly to client needs and facilitate timely solutions.
