An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Private Banker to cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This role demands a strong understanding of private banking services, investments, and trusts, along with a robust network within the San Antonio community. The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of experience in the field, showcasing a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and professionals. Private Bankers develop and manage a portfolio of private banking clients, including business owners, senior executives, entrepreneurs, medical practitioners, attorneys, CPAs, and wealthy individuals and families. This also includes medical groups, law firms, and accounting firms. While primarily focused on banking services, the successful candidate must possess a working knowledge of investments and trusts and collaborate with trust and investment officers to offer the full range of private banking and wealth management products and services to customers and prospects.
The successful candidate will have deep connections to the San Antonio community, including strong lending experience and a client portfolio comprising deposits and loans. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Banking and a proven track record of building and managing relationships in this environment. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a robust network of medical and other professionals, successful entrepreneurs, and corporate executives. Knowledge of trusts and investments is a plus. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
