Citizens Private Bank in Boston seeks a Private Banker Associate to help the Private Banking team develop client relationships and transition new clients while maintaining existing relationships through Citizens deposit products and services. You will assist with documentation, onboarding, compliance logs and administrative duties, and provide backup support to Private Bankers.

We’re looking for talented team members, who demonstrate a track record of delivering a white glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty.
As a Private Banker Associate, you will have the opportunity to assist the Private Banking team and Relationship Managers in developing relationships with clients, transitioning them to Citizens while maintaining existing relationships using the full range of Citizens deposit products and services. In this role, you will encourage and recognize opportunities for additional business from existing clients and support the Private Bankers with documentation, new client follow-up, compliance logs and administrative duties. You will use your exceptional client service skills and ingenuity to solve problems and enhance relationships with our clients.
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
when needed.
The salary range for this position is $39-49 per hour, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings (if applicable). Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
