Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Private Banker NV to manage high-net-worth client relationships in Las Vegas. This client-facing role covers trust and estate planning, loans, and treasury management in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will build a robust client base, collaborate with CPAs and attorneys, and leverage Salesforce to track pipelines. A bachelor's degree, 7+ years in banking, and a track record of $15M in new loans/deposits are preferred; Series 6/7 is a plus.

Position Title: Private Banker NV

This client-facing production role is designed for experienced professionals who excel in managing relationships with clients and referral sources. The Private Banker will be responsible for addressing diverse client needs, including trust and estate planning, loans, and treasury management. The position demands a high level of social acumen and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a competitive environment. Salary Range: $160,000–$210,000/ Year DOE

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and enhance existing ones through proactive outreach
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address their financial needs
• Collaborate with referral sources, including CPAs and attorneys, to generate new business
• Track client data and manage pipelines using Salesforce
• Follow up on leads generated from acquisitions and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in two banks or fewer, unless demonstrating strategic growth
• Proven track record of generating $15 million in new loans, deposits, and assets under management
• Conversational understanding of credit, without underwriting responsibilities
• Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree
• Experience with Salesforce or similar software and proficiency in Excel
• Experience in high-end banking, preferably in private wealth
• Strong social skills; ability to communicate effectively is essential
• Series 6 or Series 7 certification is preferred
