Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive private banking experience.

• Experience mentoring or leading bankers.
• A track record of winning and growing high-net-worth relationships.

A well-established Texas bank is hiring a senior Private Banker to lead its Austin private banking team. You'll manage a large, complex portfolio of high-net-worth clients while mentoring and developing the bankers around you.

This is a player-coach role with real visibility. You'll work closely with private banking leadership and collaborate across commercial banking, commercial real estate, wealth management and business banking to give clients fully integrated advice.
