Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or investment sales.
• Ability to develop and execute relationship management plans.
• Past outbound calling and client acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management activities and develop a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients.
• Grow book of business through client expansion and new relationships.
• Maintain communication with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities and expand external network.
• Coordinate with team to determine action plan through discovery of client needs and deliver proactive service.
• Manage risk by ensuring service delivery aligns with fees and partnering with risk teams for quick resolutions.
• Maintain accurate sales/client relationship management administration tasks and post-call/debrief processes.
