Goldman Sachs in Dallas, TX is seeking a Private Bank Legal Associate/Analyst focused on lending. The role partners with attorneys to support a broad range of Private Bank lending products, including securities-based lending, mortgages, unsecured lending, and other financing transactions.

You will draft and review documents, track milestones, maintain templates, and push for automation enhancements to increase efficiency. JD not required; lending/financial services experience preferred.

• Draft, review, and manage loan documents, amendments, consent letters, guaranties, collateral documents, and related lending documents.

• Track legal projects, transaction pipelines, and key milestones.
• Maintain legal templates, playbooks, forms, and guidance materials.
• Partner with attorneys and business stakeholders to support lending transactions and day-to-day business activities.
• Assist with legal, regulatory, and policy matters affecting Private Bank lending products.
• Drive document standardization, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve legal workflows and scalability.
• Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders on lending-related matters.
