Responsibilities

• Advise the business on structured finance transactions, focusing on balance sheet and syndicated financings.
• Identify and address legal, regulatory, commercial and reputational risks.
• Manage external counsel relationships and engagement.
• Provide regulatory and litigation matters expertise on structured finance and mortgage matters.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure coverage and adherence to firm policies.
