Citizens Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager in Boston (and related markets) to underwrite and monitor a CRE loan portfolio and support relationship managers. You will analyze financial data, structure credits, and ensure adherence to risk policies while managing deadlines.
You will collaborate with lenders and clients to grow a quality portfolio, handle renewals and modifications, and maintain thorough documentation and compliance.

As the Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for credit underwriting, monitoring, and portfolio management of commercial banking relationships to ensure strong credit quality and achieve efficient internal processes to retain and expand customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, monitoring the performance of existing client relationships, and assist in the management and organization of the loan portfolio. You will manage moderately complex credits and successfully handle multiple demands and competing priorities while meeting all deadlines and ensuring compliance with credit and risk policies.

Work Schedule: M-F (4 days required in office; 1 day work from home)
Location: Boston, MA (Boylston St) or San Francisco, CA (101 California St)
The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $136,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
