Job summary

Jet Access is seeking a Line Service Technician in Greenfield, IN to support ground operations for private aircraft and guests. You will marshal and park aircraft, fuel and service ramps, and uphold safety and service standards on the ramp.

This on-site role emphasizes customer service, FAA/compliance, and teamwork with the FBO staff to deliver Jet Access's premium ramp experience for pilots and passengers.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to operate POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Previous line service or aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Marshal and park aircraft on the ramp using proper signals.
• Conduct towing, fueling, and safety checks on the ramp.
• Provide concierge-level client service from arrival to departure.
• Operate ground support equipment safely and maintain ramp areas.
• Comply with FAA, TSA, and airport rules and document pertinent transactions.
